Assalamu Alaikum 1. Can a wife give her Zakath to her husband? 2. During Ramazan while in the state of fasting is it permissible or not to sleep with wife? Please reply in detail. 3. While in the state of fasting is it permissible under emergency to give his blood to another?

1. No.
2. Although it is not prohibited in Shari’a for a husband and wife to sleep together while observing Fast, yet, it is Makrooh if the couple is young and there is a fear of probable intimacy and getting the Fast annulled. Therefore abstaining from it preferable and better.
3. In this circumstance, although the fasting does not get annulled but it is Makrooh if there is a risk of becoming weak.
