Question: Would it be permissible for my wife to pierce her nipples or navel for my pleasure?
Answer: In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful
Wa Alaykum Assalam wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuhu,
Allah Most High says in the Qur’an, “Verily, We have honoured the children of Adam.” [Qur’an, 17.70] From this, and other texts, it is established that the human being is inviolable–and their bodies are inviolable. Anything that harms the body is, therefore, impermissible.
As for piercing, the scholars limited the permissibility of piercing the body to the ears and nose (if customarily accepted, whether in one’s area or among upright Muslims). [Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
And Allah alone gives success.
