Sleeping Naked or Half-Clothed: What’s Allowed in Islam?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it allowed to sleep naked wihout clothes during the night or after having relations. Particularily I am asking about the wife and is it allowed to sleep in half cut clothes like bra and panty only or in a maxy?

A: It is not appropriate that a person sleeps naked, for a mu’min is always in the company of the malaa’ikah. The same will apply at the time of relationship, he should at least cover himself with a sheet.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
