Getting permission from neighbours when putting a cell phone tower on one’s property

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: A person want to put up a cell phone tower on a Darul Uloom property or on his own property, do you have to get permission from the neighbors from a Shari point of view? If the neighbors object what is the ruling?

Bismillaah

A: If it is going to be disturbing them or harming them in any way then he should consult them.

He should avoid putting it.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
