No, the use of sex robots is not permissible for single or married men in any situation. It is better to take the means to calm one’s physical urges in a halal way, such as fasting and avoiding high zinc content foods and meat.
Even better, one should ask Allah for a way out and keep looking for a spouse who can fulfil one deen and dunya needs. Allah answers our prayers. It may take a while sometimes, but the response does come.
