Answer
Bismillah

Assalamu alaikum,

You are not permitted to work in the company due to the nature of this work since it is cooperation in dealing with Riba (usury/interest). Allah Ta’ala Says : ?but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear All?h. Verily, All?h is Severe in punishment. [5:2].

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: “Allah has Cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury/interest), the one who gives it to others, the one who writes its deed down and those who witness it. He said: All of them are equal in sin”. [Reported by Imam Muslim ].

Therefore, you are obliged to give up this interview immediately and search for another work. Know, if one leaves something for the sake of Allah, surely Allah will give him better than what he left. Allah Ta’ala Says : ? And whosoever fears All?h and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. ? [65:2-3].

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
