Q: A person is a musafir, visiting a city and shortening his prayers during his visit. May he pray his sunnah prayers sitting on a horse/camel/car whilst in this city (facing any direction) since he is a musafir? Or is this never permissible inside cities?
A: He may perform his sunnat salaah in the vehicle when he is out of the city.
