I dreamt at noon, that I had an ulcer in my bile duct that connects liver with stomach and I was so worried in that dream. I was told by someone (who I don’t remember now), that some ulcers occur in our body in some internal organs but one does not feel pain and those ulcers at the severe stages causes death. Before I slept, I was having pain in my abdomen. It was pain due to hunger, like hunger pangs but I was not hungry in reality. I had taken a proper meal. I request you to interpret my dream.

A: Do not be worried, perhaps this dream was influenced due to your thought before sleeping.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
