Is this narration about menstruation authentic?

Q: I came across this hadith and i wanted to check whether it is authentic:

الْقُطْبُ الرَّاوَنْدِيُّ فِي لُبِّ اللُّبَابِ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص حَيْضُ يَوْمٍ لَكُنَّ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عِبَادَةِ سَنَةٍ صِيَامٍ نَهَارُهَا وَ قِيَامٍ لَيْلُهَا

The Prophet said, “A day of menstruation is better for you than the worship of one year in which you fast its days and pray its nights”

Bismillaah

A: We have not come across this Hadith.
