Q: After coming-of-age, who makes the individual’s decisions – the adolescent or the parents?

Bismillaah

A: The right Islamic way is that the adolescent will take the decision but after consulting his parents and righteous elders.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
