Feeling something coming up to one’s throat while fasting

Q: Someone burps and feels like reflux will reach his mouth but he swollows before it can reach, does the fast break?

Bismillaah

A: If it did not reach his mouth and went back down his throat, the fast will not break.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
