Moving a Musjid to another place

Q: Can we move our mosque from one place to another with good and new design. Any hadees and fatwaa about moving of mosque? 

Bismillaah

A: What is declared as a musjid will remain a musjid right till the Day of Qiyaamat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
