Tamleek: Giving Zakat with Conditions

Q: What is the ruling regarding tamleek? We give zakat money to a person who deserves zakat, and tell him to return some amount.

Bismillaah

A: Tamleek is that which is given unconditionally.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
