Q: There are many needy people in my area. As a help, I am helping them whatever I can with my hard earned money. However, that is not enough as the number is huge. My friends are purchasing DDF Millionaire Lottery ticket every month. I know lottery ticket is haraam. However, can I buy a lottery ticket and if I get lucky enough to win that amount, I can help them with that amount. Also, I am not doing as a sawaab as lottery is haraam. I wont touch a single penny from that amount for my personal use. Just for a sake to help poor people, can I buy lottery ticket.
