I am a father of two children: a boy and a girl. Both my children are sensitive to the environment. Whenever I take them out or people visit our house, after they leave my children fall sick. They either don’t sleep well or don’t take food properly. Kindly advice me if there is a dua which I could recite & will help me out. I do keep on reciting the “Qul” surahs, Surah-Yaseen, Surah-Rahman & Surah Mohammad. May Allah reward you.
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Along with what you already recite, recite the following once in the morning and once in the evening and blow on your children:
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Also, recite the following 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening and blow on your children:
بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ في الأرْضِ وَلاَ في السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ
