Question

My wrists (2 inches) always get revealed when getting up from sujood as my sleeves stretch. Is this ok?

Answer:

A women’s entire body is awrah in salaah, except for her hand’s face, and feet. If however, a quarter of a limb/organ, which is included in the Awrah, becomes exposed during Salah, then, if this remains to the duration of three Subhan Allah, Salah will become invalid. (Nurul Idah p.123)

However, if your wrist becomes uncovered then immediately you cover that portion of your wrist before you complete a Rukn of salaah (position of prayer), then prayer would be valid.[1] To uncover more than a quarter of a limb would invalidate the prayer.[2]
