This year in Hajj i was with my wife & childrens i was ill to carry children with me by walking was very difficult so on second day of stoning i stay near JUMRAT building after coming from TAWAF E ZIYARA, and third day morning before zuhar salah i throw stones is it permiciable or not? plz guide me.

In the above-mentioned situation, did you perform rami on 11 Dhul Hijjah or not? If not, then dam is wajib on you due to missing wajib. Then on 12 Dhul Hijjah if you performed the rami of 12 before zawal it will not be considered valid, but its repetition was wajib after zawal. If you did not repeat it, then one dam is wajib. But since both these jinayah are of same kind so one dam is enough for both. If you delayed the rami of 11 and performed it on 12 morning, you must make it clear either this delay was due to illness or any other reason, then it shall be answered.
