Is it fair to use ALLAHUAKBAR and ayat of Qura’n on items given to Muslims and non-Muslims?

As Salamu alaikum Mufti sahab, Iwant to discuss about logo of Jamia Millia Islamia , in logo ALLAHUAKBAR and ayat of Qura’n ALLAMAL INSANU MALAM YALAM is written that is used for I-CARD, LIBEREY CARD, ADDMISSION FORM, PROSPECTUS, EXAMINATION COPIES , t-shirts for game ctc. I am to ask, Is it fair? becouse these thing is given every one muslims and non muslims i card and liberery card is put in pocket peoples sit on these prospectus after is through out in dust bin or brunt similarly examination copies and t-shirt washed. and this type of logo is in Aligaragh Muslim University also. plese guide me as soon as possible.

Paying respect to the Quranic verses is wajib (necessary). Writing and publishing the verses of the Quran on such things which are not kept with respect is not right. The things which have verses of the Quran printed are respectful and it is unlawful to desecrate them.
