Namaz e Kasar lagoo hoti hai kya mujh par Shariet ki nazar main?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Main Sangamner Zila Ahemednagar (MH) ka rahenawala hoon. Meri Family, bacche Ammi aur Bhai Bhabhi ke sath samgamner main rahete hain. Main Sangamner se 140 kilometer Poona ke karib ek gaon me company me Service Karta hoon. Aur company ko Zumerat(Thirsday) ki Chutti ( Off ) hoti hai. Esliye main Har Hapte Budh (Wednessday) ke din Dopahar (1 pm ke bad) ko Sangamner jata hoon Aur Zuma (Friday) ki Subah (10 am tak) Duty par aata hoon. Main jab bhi zuma ko aata hoon to meri niyat budh ke din gaon (Sangamner) jane ki hoti hai.( Insha allah). Daurane Zuma se Budh tak main company ke ander Guest House main hi raheta hoon. To Bara-e-Maherbani shariet ki nazar main mujh par Namaz e Kasar lagoo hoti hai? ya nahi?

You shall remain musafir and pray qasr salah if you do not intend to stay for more than 14 days in the village of Pune where you come for service and you do not intend to make it your hometown by keeping your family there.

IbnNāfi’ enquired: what is Qaza’? He replied: “To shave one part of a child’s head and leave the remaining part unshaven.”   Some of the haircuts mentioned above fall under the ambit of Qaza’ such as the: crew cut, flattop, rattail and mowhawk (when part of the head is shaved).
