If something clean gets messed with urine, how should one clean it so as to ensure that it is clean once again?

If something pure gets smeared with urine like cloth which can be wrung out, then the way to purify it is to wash and wring it till the dripping stops, and it is done thrice, then clothes will be pure. However, if the impurity is removed before washing thrice, it is not necessary to wash it three times; rather it is better to do so. If the thing smeared with urine is hard and difficult to wring, then it will be pure by pouring water on it again and again. If land gets polluted with urine, it will be pure itself after drying.
