Is it permissible to name a boy “Ali” and a girl “Azaa” in Islam?

I want to know that is it necessary to use some prefix or Suffix In name “Ali”, Like “Mohammad” or “Abdul” or “Murtaza”. Can a Boy be just Named “Ali”. And is the name “Azaa” permissible In Islam for a Girl,what is its proper meaning?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1167/891/H=1431)

(1) Only the name Ali is better as well.
(2) To name a girl Azaa is also correct.
