Is it permissible to sleep/intercourse in the same place as eating on dastarkhan?

In my house I have one small hall and one kitchen only, no other area left to eat or sleep. Is it permissible in Islam to sleep or intercourse with wife in the same place where we sit and eat on dastarkhan.

Yes, it is lawful to have intercourse with wife on the said place.
