Nowhere days many women both muslim and non muslim women are making false acusations against men regarding sexual assault, rape and other sins but they have no eivdence to proof this and islam there is a requirement that there must be 4 male witnesses who acutally see the penetration coccue with there own eyes but in non muslim countries they dont have laws like this because they dont implement the shariah. So what is the punishemnt according to Quran and Hadith for the woman who makes accusations against men regarding sexual assault, rape and other sins without having 4 males witnesses. Please quote from the Quran and hadith

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

You enquire what is the punishment for women making false accusations of rape, sexual assault in Non-Muslim countries. A false allegation is a lie. Lies incur the wrath of Allah. Consider the following ahadeeh,

Translation:The Prophet () said, Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fujur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fujur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar. (Bukhari, 6094)

Translation: Allah’s Messenger () said, the signs of a hypocrite are three: Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; and whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; and whenever he is entrusted, he betrays (proves to be dishonest) (Bukhari, 6095)

Translation: The Prophet () said, I saw (in a dream), two men came to me.” Then the Prophet () narrated the story (saying), They said, ‘The person, the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread all over the world. So, he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection. (Bukhari, 6096)

If a women falsely accuses someone of rape in a Non-Muslim country, he should make use of the law of the land to defend himself.
