Doubts and waswasas

Q: I think I am going to lose my mind. I have severe OCD and it is making me go crazy thinking I am napak. I went to the bathroom and forgot to wipe the water droplets from the seat before I sat down. When I realized this I quickly stood up and removed my pants because I didn’t want them to become napaak. But I can’t remember if when I stood up any water fell on them or not. I didn’t think of this at the time and didn’t have anywhere to put my pants so I held them around my neck. I then only washed off the area the seat touched leaving my shirt on but while I was washing some droplets splashed onto my shirt. But I didn’t know whether that made my shirt napaak or not. So if you can please answer some questions for me.

1) I don’t know whether or not some water droplets from the toilet seat fell onto my pants are they napaak?

2) If they were napaak, did holding the pants around my neck make me napaak?

3) Did the droplets that fell on my shirt from the tap when I was washing my legs make me napaak? Please help me. I’m losing my mind because I have to pray and I don’t know if I have to shower again today, because I already have once and my mother is telling me I am crazy for showering and changing my clothes two times a day so do I need to?

1. No

2. No

3. No

Do not pay attention to these doubts. Regard yourself to be pure except in the case where you are certain that some impurity has come on you.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
