In Maghrib and Isha salah where the imam does qirat in first two rakats. While in the rest rakat imam does not do qirat with voice. In those rakats i tend to loose my attention

Can you tell me in brief that which one are the obligatory prayers and which one’s are not obligatory (e.g Isha: 4Sunts, 4Farz, 2Sunts, 4Nafl and 3 Witr) please tell me in details.
