Should a woman make qadha of the Salaahs she performed after her husband touched her?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I follow the Shafie madha-hab. I discovered after 9 months of marriage that if the husband touches his wife her wudhu breaks. How do I repay all the salaahs I performed without wudhu?

Bismillaah

A: In principle, it would seem that you will have to repeat all those salaah. You may double check with a shaafi`ee aalim.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
