Marrying your wife’s niece.

Question:

Can I marry my wife’s niece?

Answer:

As long as you are in the marriage with your wife, it would not be permissible for you to marry her niece as a second wife.

If however you are no longer in that marriage (through death or divorce) then it would be permissible for you to marry her.
