Is it permissible to take interest-free help from a bank in Islam?

Assalamu Aliakum wa Rahmatullahi wa barkatuhu Respected Mufty, My Question :- 1)I have an SBI Saving A/C since 1997 for which safty of my Principle amount, I promised, I shall not be take any interest when I draw money from bank. All the interest which will pay or paid, I shall not be draw when I closed my A/C. Can I take help from Bank like this in Islam i.e in Sariah.? (Please answer in English and Urdu both language in a script.)

(Fatwa: 277/152/D=1432)

It is not lawful to utilize interest money in one’s personnel needs. However, it is not better to leave it in the bank. You should withdraw it from the bank and give it in charity to the poor and needy ones without the intention of reward.
