Is it permissible to apply black color to hair to cover white hair?

Assalamualikum, I want to ask that my brother he is a office going person and is 26 yrs in age. His hairs are turning white due to natural factor, please tell whther applying of black colour in hairs in order to make them black is permissible or not. Reply soon. (Fatwa: 2523/1952=H/1429)

It is unlawful; we have been sternly prohibited in Hadith from doing so. In the abovementioned case also, it is unlawful.
