SALAAM, i m married and have 3 kids.i am now going to do sencond marraige and i signed divourced paper of my first wife but my wife dont know about this.i have no physical relation with my wife sice 2 months.plz tell me is this divource exists if my wife dont know about divource papers or i cant divource my wife untill she knows about it?

It is allowable to the extent of dua only. However, add these words in your dua: “O Almighty Allah, if doing nikah is better for me with her then ? ? ? It should be noted that before marriage she is stranger for you, it is not lawful to talk to her rather it is necessary to observe purdah with her.
