Q1) What does the Quran say about making accommodations for someone going on an Umra who is disabled?

Assalamualaikum Q1)A disable person who is unable to walk properly(has to walk with Clutches) is going for Umra,will it permissible for him to Sew elastic in the bottom part of the Ihram so that the Ihram doesnt fall of?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1081/914=D/1430)

It is permissible.
