Can interest money be used to pay bribes in government offices?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I do not use the interest money received from the bank account or fixed deposits for my or family’s personal use. I have learnt thru Darul Ifta that it can be used to pay income tax or give away in charity. My question is can this interest money be used to pay bribes in the government offices to get work done? Government offices and officers are so corrupt that without paying them nothing moves forward.

It is not lawful to pay bribe with interest money.
