Should I pray behind Brailavi and Ghair Muqallidin Imams in the airport prayer room?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in airport and as per here azan is given 5 times on speakers throughout the airport it is recorded no muazzin and there are rooms made for prayer so as the recorded azan is been said after that staff working on ground operation pray in the rooms made without an Imam so people wearing uniform T-shirt and pant without cap on head and say iqamah and everyone starts praying behind them as sometimes clean shaved staff also stand as Imam of Jamah. My question is as there are Brailavi and Ghair Muqallidin also here some times when I reach to the prayer room I find them as Imam of Jamah do I pray behind them or wait until they finish and pray alone. (2) As I work on shift duties sometimes I have duty on Friday also and I cannot go another masjid for khutbah and salah so I pray here in the room as Zuhr, is it valid? (3) At Fajr when I reach to the room made for salah if Jamah has been finished can I pray first two sunnat muakkada and then pray 2 fradh alone?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1199/B=194/TB=1433)

The sunnah of azan shall not be performed with recorded azan. For the fulfilment of sunnah azan, it is necessary that some Muslim calls azan. You should try to offer salah with jamah after sunnah azan. If you offered salah individually salah shall be valid but you shall be deprived of the reward of jama’ah.
(1) In case of offering salah with jama’ah such person should be made imam who is perfect as per the Shariah i.e. keeps full beard, is aware of the masail of salah, recites the holy Quran correctly and has correct belief as per the Ahl Sunnah and is not a Barailavi or Ghair Muqallid. If you are unable to offer salah behind any imam with true belief then you may offer salah behind Barailavi or Ghair Muqallid accidently, and you shall get the reward of jama’ah, though your salah shall be makrooh tahrimi.
(2) Yes, your salah shall be valid. You should not miss jumuah salah so far as possible.
(3) If salah is finished then you may offer Fajr salah individually after offering two rakah sunnah.
