The pride of my Ummah is the Quran

Is the following Hadith authentic?

Sayyidatuna ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Certainly there is always a thing in which people take pride. And that which is glory and pride for my Ummah is the Holy Quran.” (Hilyah)

Answer

Imam Abu Nu’aym (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration  with a chain that consists of two very weak narrators.

(Hilyatul Awliya, vol. 2 pg. 175. Also refer to: Lisanul Mizan, vol. 7 pg. 77, Al Mughni Fid Du’afa, vol. 2 pg. 286, and Lisanul Mizan, vol. 3 pg. 244, Al Kamil Fid Du’afa, vol. 3 pg. 224-231)

One should bear in mind that the Holy Quran is indeed an honour for this Ummah. This can be understood from various other Verses of the Holy Quran and authentic narrations.
