I heard somebody say, the Prophet sallahu alahie wasalaam disliked eating kidney’s of halal animals Mawlana sahib could you please clarify this?

No, that’s not correct. Once he slaughtered a goat and fed the kidney’s to everyone, he kept some for those who were not present at the time during the journey.
