What should be done if water stops while performing ghusal?

Q:

1. If a person is having a ghusl and the water stops for the entire day, what should the person do? Repeat the ghusl when water comes back or just wash what was left?

2. Can a husband and wife have ghusl/shower together to save water and time to read namaz?

1. Only wash what was left.

2. Yes.
