Can the family of a deceased person in Canada who had life insurance take the amount from the insurance company as their sole means of livelihood?

Assalamu Alaikum, Mufthi Sahib, while talking to Non Mehrems often Mazi gets discharged and what is the effect does it make in Fasting. Does it nullifies it or Fasting remains intact? Please guide in the light of Qur’an and Hadees since this has become a common phenomena among the youth nowadays. Shukriya

According to the Shari’a, Fasting does not get effected due to the discharge of Mazi (pre-coitus discharge). However it nullifies Wudhu (Ablution) and it is necessary to repeat it. Further, if it happened to talk with non-Mehrem (members of opposite sex with whom marriage is permissible) to the extent of necessity, it should be only what is essential and it is Wajib (incumbent) to refrain from adopting mutual frankness and outspokenness beyond this.
