Is eating shark (شارک مچھلی) halal?

Assalam-o-Alaikum.
Is eating shark is halal/not because i heard that all type of fish is halal. please give some definition.

From the living beings of sea, only fish is Halal to eat with it’s all types and varieties according to the Ahnaf. Since shark too is a kind of fish it is undoubtedly correct and permissible to eat it.
