Q: If death comes to a woman in condition of menstruation, then would her ghusal (bath) be valid for the burial ceremony? What does Islam say about this? Would she be considered paak (ritually clean) for tadfeen (burial)?
A: If a woman dies in the condition of menstruation, after the Ghusl is given she will be considered as Paak for Janaazah Salaah (funeral prayer), Takfeen (enshrouding) and Tadfeen (burial).
