Do you have to make up the prayers you missed during your menstruation period?

No, one is not responsible for (nor expected to) make up prayers missed during one’s menstrual period. There is clear consensus (ijma`) on this matter. [ Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar; Shurunbulali, Maraqi al-Falah ]
