My wife wants to know that after she brushes her hair, can the hair that fell from her head and the ones that came with the brush be discarded with the regular household garbage or is there a proper method in shariah to dispose of a woman’s hair?
The jurists say that a human being should either conceal or bury his hair, nail etc. this is out of respect for humans since they are ennobled so are their parts of the body. If it’s not possible to bury than one should put it in the garbage.
