Asalam Alikum. I wana ask a question which about Bear (Sharab) acctualy my friend he drinkng when ever i ask to him leave this because Islam dont give permission to drink. But he ask me where in Quran and Ahadees he also ask me if u prove that then i will be leave…. So Please tell me complete information. I will be very thank full to you Sir. Zawar Hussain

Liquor is impure and unclean, consuming of which is Haram impermissible and a Major sin according to the Shari’a. From the following Ayaath of Qu’an and Ahaadees e Nabaviyya, the impermissibility and prohibition of it is found explicitly wherein it is commanded to refrain from it after being declared it as Haram. Therefore it is essential to abstain from consuming it and considering it to be Halal lest there remains a possibility of Iman getting ceased.
