Please guide me with regard to the Islamic Dress as to what it is.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmathullahi wa Barakathuhu
Please guide me with regard to the Islamic Dress as to what it is. I do not want a Fatwa on it but what I want is to rectify myself. Please inform the conditions of Islamic Dress with details. Wassalam

Any dress that fulfills the following conditions is called an Islamic Dress and it is essential for a Muslim to abide by it.

1. Males should not wear trousers,sarongs or pyjamas so lower that the ankle or part of the ankle is covered by them.
2. Dress should not be so small, thin or tight that those parts of the body covering of which are compulsory, are manifested.
3. Should not imitate or resemble the Kafirs or Fasiqs in Dress.
4. Men should not wear the Dress of women and women should not wear the Dress of men.
5. Should not be particular in Dresses which are beyond the capacity of one’s financial reach.
6. A wealthy person should not wear so cheap clothes that an onlooker thinks him to be a pauper.
7. Should refrain from pride, show and elaboration.
8. Dress should be clean and pure. White dress has been preferred for males.
9. It is Haram for males to wear real silk.
10. It is Makrooh for males to wear plain red clothes but it is no harm if mixed with some other colour or striped in red.
11. It is better to make the dress as of the learned Ulemas and of the pious people of our time.
