Authenticity of a book

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwaa.com

Assalamu aleykum!May Allah reward you abundantly for the complex job of giving fatwa(amin)

I just want to confirm the authenticity of a book known as “the prophet prayer described” by Sheikh Albani which its contents is summarized in the following link

www.islamqa.info/en/answers/13340/description-of-the-prophets-prayer

what stuns me is that the manners of performing tahajjud which he described, the way to pronounce tawudh, saying “maaliki yawN id deen” instead in salah etc.Does the shaykh has proofs for all this?and is it correct to pray like that according to him?

Answer

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

This book is not suitable for a Hanafi. There are other Ahadith which Hanafies preferred.

Kindly use the following booklet:
