Question

I did a non-surgical hair transplant solution (Hair Extension) sometime before now I want to know that my ghusl is valid or not basically the unit is attached to my scalp and can’t be removed so I am afraid that water does not reach my scalp maybe.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer

If the wig or hairpiece is fitted to the hair or body in a way that it is not detachable, then it will be permitted to wipe over the wig when performing wudhu and ghusl will also be valid well. However, if the wig or hairpiece can be removed, then one will have to remove it when performing wudhu or ghusl. (Takmila Fath Mulhim p.191 v.4)
