Answer:
A new sajdah will become necessary when the verse is heard in another place, a separate time, or by another person. In these cases, sajdah will need to be repeated again accordingly.
Yes, changing your sitting area from where a person studies to go and read to the teacher is another sitting and would require a new sajdah.
