Students reading Sajdah Ayahs repeatedly in their Seats and in front of the Teacher

Question

Scenario: Students in one class read sajdah ayahs over and over again in the class. In their spots and then in front of the teacher.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

Sajdah of Tilawat is necessary by one of 2 things, hearing or reciting a verse requiring sajdah. However, if a single verse is recited in one place at one time then one sajdah will suffice no matter how many times it was repeated.

A new sajdah will become necessary when the verse is heard in another place, a separate time, or by another person. In this case, sajdah will need to be repeated again accordingly.
