Answer

Imam ‘Abdur Razzaq (rahimahullah) has recorded the words you have cited on the authority of Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) through a reliable chain.

(Musannaf ‘Abdur Razzaq, Hadith: 8392)

Translation

Frogs were extinguishing the fire from Ibrahim (‘alayhis salam) and Geckos were blowing in it [to stoke it]. So Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) forbade from killing frogs and commanded to kill geckos.
