Q: Would it be okay for several persons to jointly sponsor a Qurbaani for a deceased without making one single person the owner?
A: There is a difference of opinion amongst our Ulama regarding this masalah.
In our understanding as long as each of them have done their Wajib Qurbani they could jointly make a Nafl Qurbani on behalf of the marhoomeen etc.
