Iqaamah for Fajr Qadha

Q: When making qadhaa of fajr salaah must iqaamah be given before starting the fard salaah?

A: It is sunnat to give both azaan and iqaamat. However it should not be given very loudly. (Ahsanul Fataawa vol 2 p 281)
